  • I purchased a membership, now what?

    After purchasing your gym membership you will receive a text within 24 hours with a link to download the app to unlock the gym door. If you do not receive this text, please email info@blackironfitness.com for help.

  • Is there a contract that I'm locked into?

    Nope, no contract! Feel free to cancel at any time by sending your cancelation request to info@blackironfitness.com. To avoid any further charges on your account, be sure to send your request 5 business days prior to your next billing date. 

  • Are the classes for women only?

    No! Classes are open to everyone.

  • What can I expect at a class?

    All classes promptly begin at start time. You will be led through a group warm up and then your coach will explain the workout for the day. Classes sizes are kept small so that the coach can help guide you through the workout. Doesn’t matter if you are new to working out or an experienced athlete, all our classes are adaptable to you!

  • What are the different class types?

    Our Barbell Club class is a weightlifting class. This is slow paced and focused on form. We start with a compound movement or two and follow that with accessory work. We utilize progressive overload training through 4 week long cycles. Grit classes are high intensity style classes. The format for each class is different but each class focuses on metabolic conditioning. Both classes are great for beginners or expert level athletes. 

  • What are open gym hours?

    With a gym membership, you can access the gym daily between 4:00am and 11:00pm. You can sign in on the iPad at the front desk each visit. Can I bring a friend to try it out? • Absolutely! For classes, guests can purchase a drop-in pass and for open gym use, they can purchase a guest pass and join you.
