Jen Dunham

I've been passionate about fitness for over 20 years. I've done it all from half-marathon training to strength training and everything in between.  However, I found my love for strength training after having my son in 2015 and strength training all through my 2nd pregnancy in 2019. I started working with Molly as a coach in 2020 and saw even more changes. Watching how strength training not only changed my body but also my mindset inspired me to get my certification and begin coaching and helping other women change their lives. 


I love helping women gain confidence through strength training. I want to help you find the most effective way to balance fitness and life so you can be the best version of yourself!
